We’re here to create, connect, and have fun, but that only works when everyone feels safe and respected. The following behaviors won’t be tolerated in Unity® PH:

• Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination (based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, or religion)
• Using offensive or hurtful words, slurs, or gestures
• Sharing or posting explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
• Doxxing or revealing someone’s private info without permission
• Intentionally disrupting events, discussions, or activities
• Retaliating against anyone who speaks up or reports an issue

REPORTING VIOLATIONS 

If you experience or witness something that violates the Code of Conduct:

• Reach out to any organizer, moderator, or event staff immediately.
• Reports are handled with care and confidentiality.
• Depending on the situation, action may include a warning, removal, or ban from the community.

ENFORCEMENT

Our Unity® PH team reserves the right to act when needed. Anyone violating these guidelines may be:

• Asked to stop
• Removed from the event or space
• Banned from community, future events, or activities
