Weekly Dose of Gaming News - Amazon Luna
Looks like we're getting yet another cloud gaming platform via Amazon called Luna. Available on PC, Mac, Fire TV, and iOS. It won't be available on android right away, however, that version is being planned for after the launch.
The price point is relatively competitive at just $5.99 a month and there will be over a hundred games available at launch. More games will join titles like Yooka-Laylee, Resident Evil 7, and The Surge 2 after the service launches.
And for anyone interested in streaming from Luna, it offers twitch integrations allowing players to jump right into games they've just watched on stream. Subscribers will be able to play in 4k at 60 frames per second and can even snag an Alexa-enabled Luna Controller which helps to reduce latency at a price point of just $49.99.
Are you interested in cloud gaming platforms? If so, how do you feel about having yet another competitor on the scene? Will you give it a try?
